Join the challenge and see how your mindset begins to change. This course is designed to help you to develop skills for calm, clarity and confidence when the world around you seems uncertain. You will foster the 7 main qualities that contribute to feeling calmer and more confident: grounding, presence, gratitude, compassion, creativity, positivity and intention.  Every morning you will start the day with a 10 minute guided meditation, followed by 15 minutes of self-coaching with journal prompts. When you have completed each task, mark it as complete.
