1. What is coaching?
Coaching is essentially a space for you. I create a safe, confidential, productive space to get to the heart of what you want from your life, based on who you are and how you think. I will challenge you and support you and dedicate time to you. You will be listened to, supported, challenged and held accountable.
2. Is coaching a real thing?
Yes, it is an effective approach to enabling powerful changes in your life, career and mindset. It directly addresses your goals in a no-nonsense approach. It is a unique space to thrash out what you want and to create strategies to achieve your goals with a trained professional who will challenge and support you. Career, relationships, parenting, loss, doubts, motivation, health, fitness, mindset, confidence, authenticity, guilt. Life can be complicated sometimes and we can feel pulled in so many directions that people often need space to get some clarity in order to help them move forward in the right direction.
Creating this space is what I offer. I'm fully invested in my clients and will champion your wins, support your efforts and challenge your self-imposed limitations. Above all else, I will aim to guide you to a place of greater clarity and confidence.
3. Does it work?
Asking if coaching works is like asking if exercise works. It works when you show up. It works when you put in the time and energy. It works when you have a goal and are willing to work hard to achieve that goal. It works when you have a trained professional to challenge you and hold you accountable to your goal.
4. How does it work?
The first step is a free 30 minute consultation call where we will discuss what you are looking to get from coaching, I reality test it and ask you deeper questions relating to who you are and how you think. Once we decide to work together, we will establish a location and meeting frequency that work for your goal - I have a few tried and tested bundles to choose from if you are unsure. I will challenge you, how you think, and always aim for results, with your goal at the centre of the conversation.
5. Are we the right fit?
The approach I take it a co-active coaching approach. This means that we work together on your goals, and you will own the results. This means you need to be able to trust me, and I need to be able to trust you. Based on our initial consultation we will determine if we are the right fit to get you where you need to be. I don't work with just anybody. I want to work with people who are a good fit just as much as you do. I will be honest and straight with you, if I'm not the best person for the job, I will refer you to the person who I think is best placed to support you, based on your life situation and mindset right now.
6. What are your qualifications?
I am professionally trained and hold a Diploma and QQI Level 6 qualification as an Executive and Life Coach from Positive Success Group. I am registered with the International Coach Federation and work in line with their standards, ethics and global coaching community.
I am also a qualified Yoga Teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance. I have completed 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with YogaHub Dublin and a 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Josh Summers' Academy and a 50 hour Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Therapy Ireland. If yoga and meditation are not for you, that is absolutely fine. As a professional coach I will offer a professional service based on who you are and how you think.
